All shipping charges are based on the weight of each item plus a nominal handling fee of 30 cents. My goal is to be as fair as possible with on-line shipping. Please let me know if you have any questions or concerns about shipping. Multiple purchasing is figured into the weight scale in the shopping cart. Please feel free to e-mail me with your zip code to receive exact shipping charges on your order.
I must receive full payment for products and shipping before I will ship your order.
I use USPS First Class or Priority Mail unless you request otherwise. First class is used for any package 13 oz. or less. More than 13 oz. goes Priority.
I take responsibility for getting the products to you. I do not insure packages unless you request me to do so. You will be charged for insurance if you request it.
Please e-mail me for shipping cost if you want Express delivery.
International customers other than from Canada must e-mail me for shipping cost. Payment by International customers other than Canadians must pay via PayPal in U.S. currency.
I always try to accomodate purchases for birthdays or special time requests if at all possible. Since all of my items except the Gallery items are made for you after you place your order please allow plenty of time for Christmas orders. My "cut off" time for completing and shipping Christmas orders is December 5. After that date you may check with me to see if I have time to complete your order or you may order a gift certificate.

Credit card information and orders can be taken by phone, mail (not e-mail) and through the shopping cart.
The shopping cart is very easy to use.
1. View the quantity box. It always says "1". Change this to the number of items you intend to purchase or change it to "0" to cancel the order and click the RECALCULATE button.
2.To see your shipping charges click the drop down box and check the appropriate choice then click the RECALCULATE button.
a. Michigan - choose if you are a MI resident. MI residents
must pay 6% sales tax.
b. U.S. - Choose if you are a U.S. residents(OTHER than MI)
including Alaska and Hawaii and other U.S. territories.
c. Canada - Includes residents of all Canadian provinces.
d. USPS Overnight Choose if you want rush delivery. The
Post Office lists this as "Overnight or 1 Day".
3. Click "Go to Payments" or "Continue Shopping".
4. Choose how you want to pay: On this page you will see the PayPal button. Click this if you want to use **PayPal Express Check Out. Otherwise, fill out the shipping information and then go to the next page for CREDIT CARD, PERSONAL CHECK, OR MONEY ORDER PAYMENT CHOICES.
a. Personal check - You do not have to fill out the bank
information. Simply place the order.
b. Money order - Same as personal check.
c. Credit Card - Secure encryption of card information. Enter required fields and submit. You may have to wait up to 60 seconds for the information to be processed. Press the "submit" button only once.
There is a nominal handling fee of $.30 on each total order.

No need to "sign in" or register. Check the box for remembering your information so you won't need to fill out your personal information each time.
**If you use PayPal Express Check Out you will be redirected to the PayPal Web page where you can enter your ID and password or register if you have not used PayPal before (a free, quick, simple process). Express means that once you enter your shipping information, you will not need to enter it again for future orders.
