Returns/Guarantee:
<Generally speaking, all return requests will be judged on an individual basis. However, these policies apply:
A request for a refund or an exchange will be honored. I will always do my best to make things right with you. Good communication is vital and if you have any problems, I will appreciate hearing from you.
If a package is lost in the mail, it will be tracked with the delivery confirmation number. If it cannot be found, I will replace the item for you. Since all of my items are hand made you will need to give me time to woodburn a new item for you. I will pay for the shipping for replacing a lost package.
If an item is damaged in the mail delivery I will refund your original purchase price plus the shipping cost. I will also pay for you to ship the damaged item back to me. You must e-mail me to set this up. However, the damaged item in its original packaging material must be returned to me with 10 days of when you received it. If you don't do this, no refund or replacement is possible.
If you are simply dissatisfied with the product, e-mail me for permission to return it. You will have to pay for the shipping charge back to me but I will give you a full refund of the original purchase price and shipping charge. You may also request exchange for a different item.
Accepted Forms of Payment:
Credit card payment may be made through the shopping cart, by postal mail, or phone. Never send credit card information by e-mail.
I accept PayPal for E-checks and most major credit cards.
Personal checks are accepted but there will be a delay in shipment until your check clears my bank.
Money orders are acceptable.
Cash payments through the mail are risky. I do not encourage it, but some people pay with cash.
