A copy of the contour map, also called a hydrographic, or depth map, is what I will need to complete your lake map order. E-mail me to see if I your lake map on hand.I will need the state and county and correct name of the lake. If not you will need to e-mail me a copy of the map or send one by postal mail.
Order completion takes 2-4 weeks once I have the map in hand. Often, I can complete the lake map in one week. For birthdays or Christmas, please order as early as possible!

** One or two (depending on the wood style) animal, bird, or fish pictures of your
choice.
** A directional compass
** The lake map and the pyrography pictures are enhanced with color unless you let me
know that you would prefer no color.
The result is wood wall art you will be proud to display in your home, office, or cottage. Each piece is one of a kind and is signed.
Choose from the decorative canoe paddle, the large or medium basswood round, the pine plaque or the plywood plaque. The pyrography is highly detailed and enhanced with colored pencils. We will communicate by e-mail to work out any details because I want to personalize the work to suit you.
Basic information needed on all orders.
** The name of the lake, state and county it is in.
** The lettering that you want for your family name.
Popular choices for a name are, for example, The Smiths, John and Sue Smith, The Smith Family (you may list your children underneath if you like), Camp Of The Pines, etc.
** The choice of one or two woodburned pictures you prefer. These can be of any animal, bird, or fish. Popular choices include deer, eagle, loon, bear, musky, walleye, bass. However, the choice is yours-anything you would like.
A note about the paddle. The width of the blade is about 5 3/4 inches. Your woodburned contour map will be made to fit into this space. On the paddle, I suggest only one choice for an animal, bird, or fish picture. It looks better. I include a small picture on the grip too. Usually a hoof or paw print for an animal, a feather for a bird, and a fishing lure for a fish. Let me know if you would like something different.
